We pride ourselves on quality and durability. Most of our collections are crafted from 18k gold-plated stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, or high-quality brass, ensuring a tarnish-resistant and skin-friendly finish.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. The jewellery must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all security tags intact. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To maintain its shine, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or applying perfumes. Clean your pieces gently with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Anma Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
